(Ali-Imran) 3 : 28

The believers will not select the disbelievers as their protectors besides the believers, and whoever does so, he will have nothing to do with Lord Allah, except co-operating with them heeding Allah; Allah is cautioning you about Himself, and to Allah will all of you return.

It is told in verse 9: 23 by calling the believers: “You don’t take your fathers and your brothers as protectors if they prefer disbelief upon belief, and if anyone among you selects them, those are the wrongdoers”. The believer belongs to the Lord’s party as told in verse 58: 22, whereas the disbelievers, wrongdoers, transgressors, hypocrites, repudiators, arrogant ones, mischief-makers, etc. who hide and reject Adhikr belong to Satan’s party’ as told in verse 58: 19. Different groups among the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are the true disbelievers as told in verses 4: 150-151. So the one in a thousand believer will not select or elect the disbelievers as his leaders or rulers. He will only co-operate with the disbelievers in unavoidable circumstances under the Light of Adhikr as explained in verses 16: 106-107. He will be always the conscious that Lord is with him wherever he is.

To put it briefly, the relations under Adhikr only will be benefited in the Hereafter. All other relations will end in enmity and blaming each other as told in verses 25: 29 and 43: 67. See explanation 2: 120-121; 4: 144 and 9: 84-85.
